Massage is a great way to help relieve muscle pain, discomfort, insomnia, stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, and many other physical, mental, and emotional illnesses.

Research continues to show the enormous benefits of touch—which range from treating chronic diseases, neurological disorders, and injuries, to alleviating the tensions of modern lifestyles and boosting your immune system.

Consequently, the medical community is actively embracing bodywork, and massage is becoming an integral part of neonatal intensive care units and post-operative care.

I am a licensed massage therapist who’s been practicing since 2011. I specialize in deep tissue massage that is slow and relaxing. Other modalities include Swedish, neuromuscular therapy (NMT), myofascial release (MFR), prenatal, hot stones, and cupping (hot stones and cupping are an additional cost due to equipment, cleaning, and extra time that is needed).
